The Client

The Role
Joining a team of experienced recruitment consultants as recruitment manager who are looking to expand their operation you will be responsible for developing the team along with your own client base to enable you to achieve the team targets. Your approach will be one that encourages long term relationship building, this company believe in repeat business and working closely with their clients year on year.
Required Experience
Recruitment experience, ideally commercial / office services , however, my client are open. The ability to work to targets with an entrepreneurial flair and the ability to work with autonomy, the directors of the business offer support when necessary but don’t suffocate their consultants/managers with micro management.
Package and Benefits
